I got my belly-button pierced when I was 13.. and even during the healing process it's never once been infected. I kept good care of it while healing, and ever since then it's just been a fixture on my body. I'll admit I don't clean it regularly anymore, however it's never given me any trouble. I've always just gone about my business hardly noticing it, ever. 

Today I noticed it was sore when I turned it.. I checked on it later and there's a tiny red bump/bubble right above/on the top hole. WHAT'S GOING ON?!! I took my barbell out, but now I'm not sure how to fix this..

HELP!!
