Abdominal/Digestive or Something More

26 y/o female.
I'm feeling scared and kinda lost on the entire subject, but I'll explain as best as I can!
August/Sept. 2010: Noticed a swelling in my right armpit. PCM ordered an axillary ultrasound. Results were normal. (Tail of Spence extended breast tissue)
November 2010: Felt lump in right breast. PCM sent me to the General Surgeon and she said it felt very normal to her, not attached to any tissue or surrounding structures. Concluded it was a cyst.
December 2010: Currently, I suffer from abdominal bloating, decreased appetite, nausea, a feeling of indigestion and increased V/D. I was seen by doctor for this and blood was drawn. Levels came back normal, all except for amylase level being "slightly" raised. I was told it's no cause for concern. I just had a gallbladder, liver and pancreatic ultrasound done 7DECEMBER and the results came back normal.

Now I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis about a yr ago. I am currently taking antibiotics for a UTI. I also am scheduled for an upper GI series15DECEMBER. I am noticing I suffer from a very uncomfortable "burning" feeling nearest my navel. (I have discovered a pea-sized lump there recently.) Going to the doctor again tomorrow to have this checked out.

I suffer from Panic & Anxiety disorder, and the IC. I am not sure how much of my symptoms can be contributed to these conditions. I have read up recently on the "silent killer" known as ovarian cancer. The symptoms of indigestion, nausea, bloating, decreased appetitie, UTI, can also be symptoms of this disease. I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts years back, in my teens. I am concerned that these are tell-tale signs of it, and they're being missed. I have expressed my concerns to the doctor and will do so again tomorrow, but I cannot force anyone to do any further testings if they don't see fit. I have occasional twinges of pain in both ovaries, but I am also supposed to be ovulating now. I don't want to sit on this any longer if it's at all possible it could be OC. What am I to do?
I have no family history of breast cancer or ovarian cancer in my immediate family and have been pretty healthy otherwise. Had similar symptoms 5 years ago and had an endoscopy/colonoscopy done. Both with normal results.
In recent years, I have had kidney scans, bladder scans, cystoscopy, laparoscopy...but am concerned now that this is something more. I have been to the doctor about 6 times in the past 2 weeks. I feel if I don't stay on this, something will be missed.

I know special blood tests must be ordered to mark tumors from OC, but there is no way they'll order a CA-125 for me. And I have had endometriosis, so this is something that could affect the outcome of the test. What scares me most is knowing there's really no test out there that can detect this. We have to be our best advocates.

Am I making a big deal of this, if things are being done or should I push more?
